Carlos Carrasquillo is GE Healthcare Financial Services' General Counsel and brings to this position significant experience in regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as a solid understanding of equipment and commercial financing. Prior to this role, Carlos served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the organization's Equipment Finance Team, as well as held many other leadership positions throughout his more than 10-year tenure with GE. Prior to GE, Carlos practiced for six years with the law firm of Briggs and Morgan in Minneapolis, Minn., and spent two years as in-house counsel for H.B. Fuller Company in St. Paul, Minn.
