We provided a $5,530,000 loan to Newton Senior Living, a senior housing operator located in Needham, Massachusetts. The loan was used to finance the acquisition of an assisted living facility located in the Hartford, CT area. The deal was originated and completed by the Senior Living Group of GE Healthcare Financial Services.
